Under the instructions of Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center, the responsibilities of the Hospital Management Department include:
1. coordination with directly affiliated hospitals regarding social service, foreign exchange and cooperation;
2. supervision over non-affiliated hospitals;
3. administiration of resident doctors standard training program;
4. evaluation and reward of the new clinical techniques at university level.
